Vestibular Autorotation Testing (VAT)

Vestibular Autorotation Testing (VAT) detects problems with the inner ear reflex. This reflex helps to stabilize eye movement while turning the head, twisting, or bending. Abnormalities with the inner ear cause dizziness, balance disorders, or a general sense of unsteadiness. Dr. Vamsee Paruchuri oversees our VAT services and determines the best method of treatment for patients with abnormal test results, which may involve a variety of exercises to improve coordination and the inner ear reflex.
