HIGH POINT, NC, November 13, 2018 – Bethany Medical Center (BMC) is happy to welcome Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner Phalan L. Bolden FNP-BC, MSN, MBA, CBHC-BS to our community of medical providers. Phalan Bolden, FNP-BC will focus on a full spectrum of primary care and pain management services including Comprehensive physicals, Management of chronic diseases, Urgent Care, Chronic Pain, Fibromyalgia, Migraines, and Joint Pain & Arthritis.
Phalan earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Norfolk State University in Norfolk, Virginia. She went on to receive her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner Concentration from Quinnipiac University in Hamden, Connecticut. Phalan also holds a master’s in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in Charlotte, NC.
Phalan is a member of the American Nursing Association and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is board certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). Phalan has obtained her Behavioral Health designation from the ACA. Her past experience includes internal medicine including diabetic, hypertension and hyperlipidemia management, cardiovascular diseases and wound care. Phalan successfully founded and managed a Limb Savage Program at Sanger Heart and Vascular Institute.
